He's already pleaded guilty to disposing of her remains and lying to police—but he says he didn't kill her. His defense: he woke up, found her dead from some unexplained medical event, and panicked. Rather than call 911, he spent three days Googling how to dismember a body, bought a hacksaw and hatchet at Home Depot, and distributed her remains across dumpsters in eastern Massachusetts.
